This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage a range of high-profile projects from inception to completion. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, exceptional team management skills, and the ability to think critically under pressure. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of custom home construction projects, ensuring all aspects adhere to company standards, and statutory regulations. Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress. Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution. Identify potential risks or issues, develop contingency plans, and implement solutions as necessary. Foster a productive team environment, providing guidance, support, and feedback to team members. Ensure consistent and timely communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and issues. Adhere to and enforce safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in custom home building. Proven experience in strategic planning, team management, and critical thinking. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
