Location 2625 Hilton Rd STE 100, Ferndale, MI 48220, United States Base Pay $70,000 - $100,000 per year Job Category Senior Delivery Operations Manager Employee Type Full-Time Exempt Role Overview Oversee multiple departments and the end‑to‑end delivery process, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting. Drive operational excellence, manage complexity, influence the team, and deliver results. Responsibilities Develop and implement processes and best practices to streamline delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, optimizing routes, and managing resources effectively. Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed company goals. Document, implement, and continuously refine SOPs and operational policies. Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost savings; report on operational efficiency and quality standards. Utilize performance metrics to monitor and improve delivery operations, identifying trends and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate communication across all managers, staff, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Drive revenue growth by expanding delivery volume, improving service quality, and growing the customer base. Maintain quality control and safety assurance protocols. Lead, mentor, and inspire the delivery ops team to achieve operational excellence and foster a motivated, collaborative work environment. Ensure the organization’s structure and capabilities support success; measure progress and provide timely feedback. Develop staffing plans, handle recruitment, and recommend training; ensure all staff are fully trained. Maintain compliance with state cannabis and delivery regulations and company policies. Qualifications B.S. or B.A. in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 5+ years of proven experience leading multiple teams in fast‑paced operations management. Excellent leadership, team management, and mentorship skills. Strong communicator capable of building relationships internally and externally. Ability to manage pressure, multitask, exercise sound judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and adapt flexibly. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data interpretation. Financial management experience and budget oversight. Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail. Basic technology proficiency (POS, Microsoft Office, Google Suite). Flexible schedule with availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable mobility and capacity to lift up to 25 lbs continuously. Physical Requirements Continuous mobility throughout the shift, including twisting, frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, and reaching; continuous lifting or moving up to 25 lbs.
