As a Food Service Foreman, you will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Food Service Workers, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional dining experience. You will drive operational excellence, develop associates, and create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

As a Food Service Foreman, you will:

• Lead and motivate a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service
• Create and manage schedules that align with customer demand and business needs
• Execute daily and weekly operational plans to meet sales and performance goals
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates to achieve individual and team success
• Promote a positive, customer-centric culture throughout the restaurant
• Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Monitor operational standards, food safety, and quality expectations
• Utilize business insights to identify opportunities and improve performance
• Foster accountability through clear expectations and performance management
• Ensure every customer is greeted with a welcoming attitude and genuine hospitality

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of food service supervisory experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
