Job Description
Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Some weekends and holidays required.

Assignment Details

36 hours per week, float required within a healthcare facility.

Requirements

• 2 years of nursing experience
• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• IV start and telemetry monitoring skills
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a medical-surgical/telemetry setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
• Document patient progress and care plans in the medical record
