The Collections Supervisor is responsible for the daily activities of Collectors related to the collection function, including regional and/or cross-business unit customer accounts and close coordination with Division and Regional Company management. This will require an experienced person that has an understanding of collections, customer service, dispute identification and commercial transactions. Responsibilities Supervise a team of approximately 6‑9 customer experience representatives for National/Strategic accounts. Schedule, train, evaluate performance, coach, and deploy resources within the department. Provide training and development of Collectors to maximize receivables turnover, minimize risk of loss, and support the Division and Regional Companies to help effectively maximize sales growth and profitability. Lead a team of collectors to achieve the organization’s goals. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in accounts receivable (B2B), with at least 1‑2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Proven track record of managing and motivating a team in a fast‑paced environment. Strong understanding of accounts receivable principles, collection techniques, and credit management. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
