MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Valid Ohio teaching license Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to monitor student progress and maintain accurate records Ability to support and guide students across multiple content areas using a provided online curriculum Effective communication and relationship-building skills with students, families, and staff Experience using educational technology, learning management systems, and digital instructional tools Ability to provide individualized academic support, motivation, and intervention to students with varying learning needs Commitment to fostering student engagement, accountability, and academic success in a blended or digital learning environment Must pass a general background check (BCI/FBI) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in online, blended, or personalized learning environments Experience working with middle school students in an intervention, tutoring, advisory, or alternative education setting Knowledge of strategies for supporting student executive functioning, organization, and self-directed learning SALARY Commensurate with experience APPLICATION PROCEDURE Complete application – only applications submitted online at will be accepted.
