Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations and Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager, located in Natick, MA. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to brand visual merchandising standards, and drive an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include effectively managing inventory, supporting store operations, implementing merchandising plans, mentoring team members, and maintaining a visually engaging retail presence that aligns with Kendra Scott’s values and goals.
