Welders (MIG, TIG, Stick) - $20-$30/hr
CNC Machinists - $22-$32/hr
CNC Operators & Set-Up Technicians - $18-$28/hr
Tool & Die Technicians - $25-$35+/hr
HVAC Technicians - $20-$35/hr
Millwrights - $25-$38/hr
Plumbers - $22-$35/hr
Industrial Painters - $18-$25/hr
Mechanical Assemblers - $18-$25/hr
Machine Repair Technicians - $22-$34/hr

What Employers Are Looking For

Manufacturing or industrial experience
Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting skills
