Entry Level Packers

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Entry Level Packers to join their team. As a Entry Level Packers, you will be part of the production support team, assisting in ensuring the efficient packing and quality assurance of finished products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, physical stamina, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Entry Level Packers

Location: New Castle, PA

Pay Range: $17/hr

Shift: Monday thru Thursday 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Safely stack, pack, and wrap finished corrugated packaging products according to order specifications.
• Inspect finished goods for defects and remove damaged items from the packing line.
• Weigh items, apply accurate shipping labels, and record order details for the warehouse.
• Assist machine operators by clearing jams, keeping supply lines filled, and maintaining packing equipment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
• Basic math skills to read tape measures and calculate counts, weights, and measurements.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced indoor manufacturing environment.
