As a Homehealth LPN, you will:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Monitor and assess changes in patients' physical and psychosocial conditions
- Collect, analyze, and document health information and nursing observations
- Collaborate with office staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student health needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of practice
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- Passion for providing high-quality care in an educational setting
