UI React/Redux Developer

After a detailed discussion with client we got this JD, please share profiles here,
- Min. 5+ years' experience with React, JavaScript and TypeScript. (Java is not applicable, we can evaluate NodeJS stuff once React and TypeScript evaluation done)
- Proven production experience on customer-facing, large-scale applications (not small one-off tools).
- Prefer candidates with production experience on large-scale, customer-facing applications at known companies rather than small internal tools.
- Strong CS fundamentals and architecture (SOLID, scalability, maintainability).
- Solid experience with state management and front-end tooling.
- Evaluate code quality, real-world impact, and ability to scale.
- Avoid underqualified people who introduce long-term maintenance problems.
