Customer Service Representative

Summary:

The Customer Service Support assists visitors to the facility, maintains incoming phone calls, provides client assistance, data entry and record keeping.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handling Answers telephone system and directs calls accordingly
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate places.
• Processes orders
• Responsible for sending customers order acknowledgements.
• Expediting orders
• File records in cabinets
• Handles in-coming and out-going mail, prepares Fed-Ex shipments
• Prepares brochures or flyers, as requested
• Orders and host lunches for visitors or training
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Keep the front desk clean and presentable, maintain safe housekeeping
• Other tasks as requested by the Managers

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 year of related experience
• Great communication; good listener, professional speaking, positive attitude
• Friendly and courteous
• Customer Focus
• "Take Charge" attitude
• Dependable and Professional
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
