Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) (New Graduates Encouraged to Apply) Location: Colorado Springs, CO Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift | Position Summary: Weare seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support the delivery of high-quality outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and help patients achieve optimal functional outcomes. Responsibilities: Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs Communicate patient status with the supervising Physical Therapist Maintain accurate EMR documentation Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare team members Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Qualifications: Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active or pending Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting New Graduates Encouraged to Apply Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid holidays Continuing Education (CEU) Assistance Mentorship & Professional Development Opportunities
