Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week | Onsite 4 days per week, 1 remote day (permanent hybrid schedule) | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Overtime as needed

Job Description:Our client is seeking a Practice Team Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a legal support team. This role supports attorneys and legal staff by managing daily administrative workflows, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth office operations within a fast-paced professional services environment.
This is a highly collaborative role supporting multiple legal support professionals and timekeepers while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to attorneys, legal assistants, and practice team members
- Manage incoming communications, including phone coverage and interoffice mail distribution
- Coordinate scheduling support such as meetings, travel arrangements, and transportation needs
- Assist with document preparation, proofreading, formatting, and revisions for accuracy and completeness
- Support expense reporting, reimbursements, and administrative tracking processes
- Maintain electronic and physical file organization, including document management system updates
- Assist with client-facing logistics such as meeting coordination and visitor support
- Process confidential materials with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Support time entry, CRM updates, and internal administrative systems as needed
- Assist with overflow administrative work, special projects, and team support tasks
- 3–4+ years of general office or administrative experience
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn firm systems (iManage experience preferred; DocuSign a plus)
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written communication, proofreading, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, initiative, and strong customer service mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Start date target: May 18
- Interview process includes two in-person rounds with legal support leadership and team members
- Candidate will support a team of 6 (direct hire expansion role due to internal promotion)
- Must be open to onsite collaboration and team engagement
- Permanent hybrid schedule with one remote day per week
