HVAC Selling Technician

This position performs service, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. Commission-based pay is negotiable.

Services, maintains, and repairs residential and occasional commercial HVAC systems.

Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs.

Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job.

Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.

Wears floor savers while in the client's home.

Maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside.

3+ years of successful experience in maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting, & selling parts.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.

NATE certification preferred.

Must display strong communication skills and technical competency.

Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience with Service Titan is a plus.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year.
