- Document clinical findings accurately in electronic health records
- Support patient education and promote mental health wellbeing
- Stay compliant with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in psychiatric or mental health settings
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Preferred: Experience with outpatient mental health services
