• Pay Rate: $77.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night (3×12 Hours), 19:00–07:00

Job Summary

This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery at an acute care hospital facility in Torrance, CA. The role supports the PM/night shift and requires a strong, flexible caregiver with the ability to float to the Mother Baby unit as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support PM/night shift as a strong caregiver in the Labor and Delivery unit
• Float between like units — specifically to Mother Baby as required
• May be required to float to Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro
• Apply precepting skills to support orientation and onboarding of new staff (preferred)
• Must be flexible working weekends

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Flexibility to work weekends is mandatory
• Ability to float between Labor and Delivery and Mother Baby units
• Block schedule availability subject to manager discretion
• RTO must be included at time of submission
• Local rate match applies within the designated mile radius
• Pending license not accepted — active license required at time of submission

Education Requirements

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required
• AWHONN Advanced certification required
• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required
