Seacoast Distributors is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Parts Specialist to join our team in Lindenhurst, NY. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

No marine industry experience is required. We provide paid training.

If you've worked in customer service, retail, counter sales, auto parts, hardware, warehouse operations, distribution, inventory, or order entry, your experience may be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Assist walk-in customers and will-call pickups

• Answer customer phone calls and respond to product inquiries

• Help customers identify the right parts and products

• Enter customer orders accurately

• Prepare invoices and quotes

• Process returns and order adjustments

• Track open orders

• Support warehouse and counter operations as needed

• Maintain an organized and efficient work area

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Schedule

Typical peak-season schedule:

• Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
