(2) years work experience with the psychiatric patient population highly preferred. Licensure/Certification: State Nurse Aide certification required. Knowledge: Knowledge of psychiatric group processes, therapeutic relationships processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, crisis management with aggressive behaviors, and CPR training preferred.
