Mechanical Repair Technician

All work is completed at our facility, so you'll be home every night with no travel required. Responsibilities include: Disassembling, inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and reassembling equipment and components Troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues Testing assemblies and equipment to verify proper operation Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Following repair procedures and quality standards Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail during repetitive tasks Collaborating with team members to meet production goals What We're Looking For We're seeking dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality results. Ideal candidates may have experience in: Mechanical maintenance Manufacturing or production Assembly work Small engine repair Construction trades HVAC, electrical, or related technical fields Personal hobbies involving tools, mechanics, or equipment repair Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Desire to learn repair and testing procedures Attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation Candidates with proven mechanical ability and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply, even if they do not have direct industry experience.
