Assembly Technician

Our client, a **manufacturing/industrial production company** , is seeking a **Machine Operator** to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the **Production Department** supporting the **Assembly and Operations Teams** . The ideal candidate will have **attention to detail** , **strong problem-solving skills** , and **a teamwork-oriented mindset** , which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Machine Operator **Location:** East Moline **Pay Range:** $17.50-20.00 **What's the Job?** + Assemble and disassemble various types of foam fixtures + Operate foaming, undercoating, and bead blasting equipment + Operate manual lathes, CNC mills, Bridgeports + Ability to work from blueprints and schematics + Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor + Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively + Stand, bend, and move materials or equipment between stations + Work in conditions involving heavy lifting and use of machinery **What's Needed?** + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds + Capable of standing, bending, twisting, and kneeling for extended periods + Able to perform repetitive tasks for long hours + Commitment to working consistently and safely + Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or on a team + High attention to detail and quality standards + Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks + Team-oriented attitude + Willingness to train on additional equipment (forklifts, hoists, pallet jacks, etc.) + Ability to understand and complete departmental paperwork + Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
