Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure to practice in the state
• Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric therapy, sensory integration, and IEP processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility and resourcefulness in dynamic educational environments
• Dedication to professional growth and best practices in school-based therapy

Your role will involve:

• Conducting evaluations and developing individualized plans of care for students requiring occupational therapy
• Delivering direct and consultative therapy services within classrooms or designated therapy spaces
• Conferring with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to integrate therapy goals into daily routines
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate student records in compliance with district and regulatory standards
• Supporting student participation in academic and functional activities throughout school settings
• Assisting in developing and implementing classroom modifications and assistive strategies as needed
