Service Technician - Entry Level / Apprentice

TLP Renovations manages 507 residential units across about 170 properties in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We are building our next generation of service techs. We would rather train someone who shows up and cares than hire someone who already has bad habits. When something breaks in someone's home, we care how it gets fixed and how the person living there gets treated while we fix it. That is the standard you would be learning. Pay: $20/hr W2 to start, with a defined path to $25/hr as you build trade competency. Overtime paid at time and a half. This Is For You If You Are finishing or recently finished a Great Oaks program in plumbing (our biggest need) or HVAC. Electrical, carpentry, and related trades also considered. Have some hands-on experience in the field, ideally, though we will train the right person. Want real repair work on real properties, not a warehouse and not a big-box floor. Have a valid driver's license, can lift 50 lbs., and can pass a background check. What You Get Paid, hands-on work alongside experienced techs across a large and varied portfolio. Major tools and equipment provided. Professional development assistance toward licensure and certification. PTO accruing to 20 days per year, health insurance stipend, employee discount. A path to a company vehicle and full Lead Service Tech pay. About Three Little Pigs: We help people build their house of bricks - tenants, homeowners, and investors alike. Real estate is among the greatest opportunities to build wealth and secure your family's financial future, and to make sure no big bad wolf can ever take you out. Our companies include TLP Property Management, TLP Renovations, and TLP HVAC. TLP Renovations is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Great Oaks
