We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to provide exceptional service and ensure our guests feel welcomed and valued from check-in to check-out.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out proceduresRespond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesyManage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficientlyProvide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and servicesMaintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactionsCollaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfactionUphold hotel policies and standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environmentSkills and Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureProficiency with reservation systems and basic computer skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plusWe foster a positive, inclusive work environment that values growth and development.
