Dealer Services Specialist II Dealer Services Specialist II to join our crew at Manheim, part of Cox Automotive. Responsibilities Represent the dealer sales lane on sale days. Promote Manheim’s products and services. Help dealers prepare vehicles for auction. Negotiate bids, consult on pricing, and provide reconditioning advice. Resolve problems and serve as the friendly face our clients rely on. Qualifications High school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in a related field. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be acceptable, such as a degree or certification with a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Physically capable of sitting or standing for long periods, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 15 pounds. Vision: able to see close, far, in color, judge distances, and adapt focus. Preferred: 1–3 years of auction experience or 2–4 years of dealership experience, and previous experience in a sales support role. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
