Location Sam’s Club #8269 2325 W Hwy I 20, Grand Prairie, TX 75052-3927 Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educating associates on tools, tasks, and resources. Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, prepare for seasonality, and adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, and product quality with member focus. Drive the performance of the area by stocking, rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date‑control standards, eliminating waste, and providing member service such as acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues. Act as a brand advocate, developing and inspiring others with a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style, understanding roadblocks, and assisting in training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy to execute business processes. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners, identifying priorities, communicating progress, recommending improvement opportunities, and adapting to change and feedback. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00 (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location). Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
