Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.What You'll Be Doing:Greet service customers with a professional and welcoming attitudeListen to vehicle concerns and document issues clearlyCommunicate with technicians to determine service needs and timelinesProvide accurate cost and time estimatesRecommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle history and Honda guidelinesKeep customers informed throughout the service processEnsure smooth and timely vehicle pickup and paymentDeliver top-tier customer satisfaction every single timeWhat We're Looking For:Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsA customer-first attitude and a professional demeanorAbility to multitask in a busy service driveFamiliarity with DMS software is a bonusCompensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $72,000.00 - $119,000.00; including monthly 6.5% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts (excluding warranty) in accordance with the terms of pay plan; 3.75% commissions of individual gross profit on parts Warranty individual gross profit in accordance with the terms of pay plan; additional monthly 2% commission of individual gross profit on service and parts if the dealership's monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed national average in accordance with terms of pay plan.Ready to Join Our Team?
