Location: Ramsey, NJ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (Contract)
Conversion Salary: Approximately $45,000 annually

Position Overview

Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Management Coordinator to join their team on a contract-to (possible)-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and enjoys working in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer accounts and records within the company's ERP system.
• Ensure customer data is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
• Perform light reporting and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Support customer management processes and administrative functions.
• Interact with internal departments and employees to gather and verify customer information.
• Assist with data entry, system updates, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Professional communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with an ERP system required.
• SAP experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service or administrative experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
