Role Summary Sr. Supply Chain Architect supports the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and day-to-day operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The role works closely with Procurement, Operations, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to improve business processes and maximize the value of the ERP platform. This role is suited to a functional analyst or consultant with 3-5 years of ERP Supply Chain experience with a working knowledge of Finance and Accounting. Requirements Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field 3-5 years of experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Minimum 3 to 5 years in supply chain Direct involvement in at least one full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation Strong understanding of ERP concepts, including supply chain, manufacturing, planning, production, and distribution Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of supply chain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 alongside third party system implementors Identify and apply industry best practices to develop practical business solutions Collaborate with business process leaders to define and document essential business requirements Perform gap analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into detailed functional specifications Provide comprehensive training across all organizational levels to ensure user confidence and system adoption Facilitate testing cycles within the SDLC (e.g., SIT, UAT, and Cutover) and address any issues to ensure a smooth system go-live Support clients with data migration, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the implementation process Strong fundamental knowledge of ITACs, ITGCs, and SOX Controls Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision benefits Long- and short-term disability Life insurance 10 Vacation days per year subject to accrual policy 11 Company paid holidays 401(k) with Company match Identity theft and legal services The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed.
