Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts State License
- CCC Certified SLP
- 1 year of SLP experience
- LTC or Rehab experience
- Level II experience for new graduates

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement appropriate plans of care according to regulatory and clinical practice standards.
- Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to inform clinical interventions.
- Assess patient progress, adjust treatments, and document accordingly in the clinical record.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient progress and treatment plans.
