Founded in 1918, Kew-Forest is the longest-serving college preparatory school in Queens. The School is currently looking for an Assistant Varsity Soccer Coach for the upcoming Fall season, starting August 24, 2026. The Fall season is scheduled to consist of ten to fourteen games. Kew-Forest participates in the Private School Athletic Association (PSAA). Candidates Should be available between the hours of 3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. for practice and as early as 2:00 p.m. for travel to away games. be available to travel on the bus with student-athletes to away games. goalie specialization a plus Responsibilities Include assisting with running practices (minimum 5 times/week; max 2 hours each). teaching/guiding student-athletes in proper soccer techniques/strategy. assist with maintaining attendance at practices and communications with the team, parents, and Athletic Director with any changes/cancellations of practices and games. ensuring all student-athletes have means of transportation to and from games. attending all soccer coaches meetings led by PSAA (if any). assist with team updates to the Athletic Director. Compensation The stipend range for this position is $2,000 - $2,800 based on experience.
