At Harmony At Home Senior Care , we provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. As a part-time caregiver, you’ll have the flexibility to work the days and hours that fit your life, all while building meaningful connections and making a difference with every visit. What You’ll Actually Do: As a caregiver, you’ll support individuals in your homes with everyday tasks, routines, and companionship. Your impact is personal and powerful — you’re not just providing care; you’re bringing comfort and peace of mind. Personal Care & Support: Assist with grooming, dressing, toileting, and bathing as needed Help clients move safely throughout the home (mobility support, transfers) Encourage independence while offering consistent safety Homemaking: Perform light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, tidying, sweeping Keep living spaces clean, safe, and well-organized Help create a comfortable home environment for the client Meal Prep & Nutrition: Prepare simple meals or snacks according to client needs Encourage hydration and healthy eating habits Assist with feeding when necessary Routine & Safety Monitoring: Provide medication reminders Help follow daily schedules or care plans Be a watchful eye for signs of illness or discomfort Companionship & Emotional Connection: Talk, listen, play games, or go for short walks (if client is able) Be a reliable presence to reduce loneliness and build trust Help clients feel respected and supported What Makes This Role Different: Flexible scheduling: Choose your preferred shift blocks — mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends Client matching: We do our best to assign clients near your home and suited to your availability Ideal for second jobs or part-time income No facility chaos: You work with one client at a time, in their home, with our full support behind you Supportive team: Our office staff is here to help you succeed, every day Why Work With Harmony At Home?
