About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Assist applicants through the leasing process, including application completion, screening, and lease execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities and resident interactions in the property management system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support community events and promotional campaigns aimed at increasing occupancy.
• Follow up with prospective residents to answer questions, address concerns, and encourage lease signing.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies throughout all leasing activities.
