Tax Senior Manager - Private Equity Portfolio Companies

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of private equity structures and deliver strategic tax solutions that support compliance and optimize outcomes for portfolio operating companies.Key ResponsibilitiesTax Compliance & AdvisoryEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations for portfolio companies.Interpret and apply U.S. tax code sections related to partnerships and other investment structures.Private Equity ExpertiseDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of private equity portfolio company structures, including partnerships, corporations, and various investment vehicles.Advise on tax-related intricacies of partnership structures, allocations, and distributions.Transaction SupportProvide consulting and tax modeling for mergers & acquisitions (M\&A) and equity transactions.Collaborate with deal teams to assess tax implications and structure transactions efficiently.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Law; Masters in Tax/LLM, preferred7+ years of recent public accounting firm experience working with passthrough entities and dealing with Subchapter K reporting matters, including managing multiple projects and customer engagementsExperience developing team members, assigning projects, and managing workflowCPA certification, requiredLeadership and project/team management skillsExcellent communication and networking acumenAbility to manage and grow strong customer relationshipsExperience with tax software and technology#LI-RB1#LI-HybridWHY YOU SHOULD JOIN USWe believe that when our employees are able to thrive in all facets of life, their work and impact are that much greater.That's right – all aspects of life, not just your life as an employee, because we understand that there's life beyond your job.
