What Youll Do:

As a Concierge youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Greeting and directing visitors and managing all incoming phone calls transferring them to the appropriate person or department.
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the business office including mail and delivery management faxing scanning and preparing training materials and schedules.
• Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is always clean tidy and welcoming for all residents visitors and associates.
• Assisting with community readiness for inspections by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and emergency preparedness.
• Building positive relationships with residents their families and team members.

What Were Looking For:

• Flexibility to work evening shifts (until 8:00 PM) weekends and holidays as required.
• 1 year of experience in a concierge role (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in a senior living or related industry (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups navigate challenging situations and make sound decisions.
• Strong technical skills (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint) and the ability to maintain confidential and privileged information (including HIPAA residents and associates).
