Digital Product Manager Lead Senior

As a Digital Product Manager Lead Senior within PNC's Digital organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland, OH, Denver, CO, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Austin, TX or New York, NY. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field daily (Five days a week). Responsibilities Lead the strategy and execution of PNC’s digital mobile app. Identify opportunities to improve PNC’s mobile app and work with product and engineering teams to deliver from inception through launch. Drive digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices. Monitor the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences. Prioritize and make recommendations and business case decisions. Develop and design the features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity. Manage the development, production, rollout or promotion of digital experiences. Partner with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. Partner with Marketing to develop in product-specific marketing initiatives. May participate in client-facing activities. Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense. Drive business, financial, and customer experience results of new and existing products and effectively recommend modifications in experiences and/or marketing to improve results. May coordinate and/or coach Product Managers and Associates. Qualifications Strong product management background, with several successful examples of carrying an idea through the product management lifecycle from beginning to end. Experience working with an agile team including engineering and design as a product owner. Critical thinker who is detail oriented and analytical. Passionate about delivering quality customer experience and getting things done. Strong leadership and ability to “take it and run”, demonstrating initiative and the ability to move projects forward even in uncertain or ambiguous situations. Experience with Jira and Figma. Experience with launching a Bank and/or Fintech’s Mobile App. Digital product management experience. Experience with managing high performing teams. Preferred: Agile Web Development, Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), Data Visualization, Digital User Experience, Employee Engagement, IT Architecture, JavaScript, Wireframing. Business Acumen, Competitive Environment, Data Gathering and Reporting, Design Thinking, Effective Communications, Innovation, Knowledge Of Product Line, Marketing Strategy and Positioning, Product Development Life Cycle, Project Management, Solutions Development. Industry relevant experience typically 8+ years; university/college degree; higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications desirable. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $114,500.00 – $202,150.00 (Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
