MICS is seeking outpatient therapists with LPC/LCSW or LAC/LSW licensure to provide psychotherapy services to individuals, children, adolescents, couples and families. We openly seek individuals who bring their unique ideas and skills to enhance the care of clients we treat and the communities we serve. The position is a combination of both in-person and virtual. Select evening availability is required. Duties include but are not limited to: Adhering to the professional code of conduct and ethics by the governing licensing board(s). Conducting biopsychosocial assessments, therapy, treatment planning and discharge planning in a professional and client-centered manner. Implementing and maintaining the Monmouth Integrative Counseling Services program philosophy, principles, and procedures in all facets of performance. Providing evidence-based treatments based on biopsychosocial assessment and treatment plans. Completing timely and accurate documentation in accordance with auditing standards. Effectively managing a caseload and calendar while providing quality, client-centered care. Assuring continuous reimbursable sessions for assigned clients. Fully participating in staff development and training offered to enhance growth in accordance with professional standards.
