Customer Service Representative LHH is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity with a respected organization in the Houston area. Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Assist customers with questions, account inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within company systems Research and resolve concerns in a timely manner while ensuring a positive customer experience Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and follow through on open items Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment is required Demonstrated history of strong tenure and stability in prior positions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Comfortable navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers Ability to remain professional and empathetic in challenging situations Strong organizational and time-management skills High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus Preferred Skills Experience handling customer escalations and complex service issues Data entry and CRM system experience Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong customer retention and relationship-building skills Benefits of This Opportunity Gain valuable experience with a reputable organization Collaborative and team-oriented environment Opportunity to further develop customer service and call center expertise Contract assignment with immediate hiring needs Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
