Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN with experience in a dynamic Emergency Department for a travel assignment in Alexandria, VA. This role focuses on both Adult and PEDS care within a 27-bed community ER, renowned for its high-paced, team-oriented environment. With shift patterns set for nights, this is an opportunity to excel in a busy and diverse stroke center.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in accordance with ER protocols
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
• Manage patient flow efficiently during peak census times
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an Emergency Room setting
