The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will take ownership of the guest experience from the moment someone walks through the door. You will oversee all front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, bar inventory, and ordering, while identifying opportunities to optimize costs and grow revenue. Beyond daily operations, you will build the team itself, recruiting, hiring, and training staff who share your commitment to outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience
• Manage all front-of-house operations, including staff schedules and bar inventory
• Drive sales growth while managing cost of goods against business targets
• Recruit, hire, and train staff to uphold high service standards
• Lead by example, creating a positive and memorable dining experience for every guest

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience, ideally within steakhouse, fine dining, or upscale dining environments
• A genuine passion for mentoring and developing team members
• Strong attention to detail paired with a results-driven mindset
• A guest-focused approach grounded in integrity
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for sales processing and reporting
• Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and profit and loss analysis
• Proven ability to train staff effectively and build strong, collaborative teams
• Background in shift management and hospitality operations
• Knowledge of catering, banquet, bar, or coffee service is a plus
