Now Hiring: Semiconductor Machine Operators (Day & Night Shifts)

Join a leading-edge manufacturing environment and build your career in the rapidly growing semiconductor industry. We are seeking detail-oriented Machine Operators to support precision-driven production in a high-tech, cleanroom setting.

• Shifts Available: Day and Night
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (compressed workweek; alternating 3–4 days per week)
• Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (shift-dependent)

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment, including robotic systems
• Work with fabrication tools used in wafer and panel processing
• Load raw materials and unload finished products in accordance with production standards
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor operational issues
• Ensure consistent production output while meeting quality and efficiency expectations
• Adhere to all cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and company policies

• Minimum of 1 year of recent machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior cleanroom experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on an occasional basis
• Willingness to work in a controlled cleanroom environment with required PPE

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
