Data Analyst/ Champion required to join on a 12 month rolling contract working fully remotely: Key responsibilities for Data Analyst Creating and managing product content in WeShare Back Office for the region and the locals within the region Integrate the content (marketing, legal text) Launch the validation loop with the Scientific Support and Local Regulatory teams. Ensure deadlines are met and follow up with validators to avoid delays. Report any inconsistencies detected by the validation teams to the product managers. Ensuring the validation process loop is completed so that all content is in Easy Pack and transferred to the translation agency. Interface between the translation agency, the graphic chain, product managers and local regulatory. Support the innovation managers in all exchanges during the successive validations. Support merchandising team with product text. Integrate the translations in WeShare (TBC) Coordinate markets on the digital content WeShare for Business Helping and/or training users in the use of the WeShare BackOffice. Respond to help request messages posted on Zendesk. Suggest improvements and/or modifications to facilitate and simplify the data creation and validation process. Report technical anomalies. Participate in UAT sessions to test and validate updates to the tool. Context and scope of responsibilities The person responsible for this role oversees creating, guaranteeing the validation loops for all product content until it is transferred to EasyPack and Akeneo. Responsible of alerting if any discrepancies and monitoring product content E2E. The role is to control compliance with the creation/modification procedures in the WeShare tool. The responsibility is at regional level including the local content within specific region. In addition, the person may work on the translation and coordination of digital markets within its regional scope. He/she ensures that the written and visual data for all products is available and accurate. He/she is the key contact and the gate keeper of the regional content and/or global one with all the operational staff who feed and certify the database, the Scientific Support team, the Local Regulatory team, the PID team, the WeShare team, the graphic chain and the translation agency in order to have a perfect product content for packaging and #J-18808-Ljbffr
