Senior Sales Executive (Commercial HVAC) - ControlAir Systems

Position OverviewWe're looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive! The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within the commercial HVAC sector. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales initiatives to enhance market presence and achieve revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector.Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations.Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position in the market.Provide ongoing support and training to clients regarding HVAC systems and preventative maintenance agreements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or MEP industry.Proven track record in account management and business development.Strong understanding of mechanical systems and commercial HVAC solutions.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary: $110k - $150kUncapped Commission StructureHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) w/ company matchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysVehicle Allowance
