Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits via secure video platforms.
• Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and mental health support as clinically appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and the broader care team to ensure coordinated, whole‑person care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within 24 hours.
• Stay current on best practices in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and evidence‑based mental health treatment.

Requirements (Qualifications)

• Active ARNP licensure (PMHNP required) and current DEA certification
• California state licensure required (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Experience providing psychiatric care via telehealth preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic capability
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection
• Organized, self‑directed, and timely with documentation
