Staff Up is hiring a Parts Sales Specialist in Farmers Branch, TX!

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional to coordinate the sale, quoting, ordering, and shipment of replacement parts, pumps, motors, and electrical components for existing pump stations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with identifying replacement parts and equipment
• Troubleshoot customer needs and recommend appropriate parts
• Prepare quotes and enter parts orders into the company system
• Coordinate warranty claims and documentation
• Work with vendors and purchasing on pricing, availability, and expedited orders
• Track shipments and provide customers with order updates
• Assist with pump and equipment selection based on customer requirements
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Shipping teams

Qualifications:

• Previous parts sales, inside sales, customer service, or technical sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions
• Mechanical, pump, electrical, or industrial equipment knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $24.00/hour
Location: Farmers Branch, TX
