About the Role:

As a Certified Home Health Aide, you'll provide one-on-one care that helps seniors and other clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and conversation
• Medication reminders, as permitted by applicable regulations
• Accompanying clients to appointments and errands when applicable
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Following individualized care plans
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

Benefits:

Requirements:

• Current New Jersey CHHA certification required • Previous caregiving, home care, home health, or senior care experience preferred • Reliable and dependable • Compassionate and patient • Strong communication skills • Ability to complete required onboarding and documentation • Reliable transportation preferred for applicable assignments
