Senior Manager, Product Development

As our Senior Manager, Product Development you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of our products—from concept to launch. This position is full-time and requires you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. Duties require some travel, comprising up to 10% of the role. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of product development, including concept development, design, prototyping, testing, and commercialization. Work closely with NADA’s leadership to define and implement product strategies that align with organizational objectives. Collaborate with software engineers, data analysts, and other departments to develop and implement custom solutions that meet organizational needs. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure our products meet or exceed their expectations. Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and security requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 5 years in product management, application development, data analysis, and IT operations. At least 5 years of experience in software engineering management. Preferred certifications in Product Development or Project Management. Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, PHP, React, and/or JavaScript. Hands‑on experience with automated software management tools and open‑source technologies is required. Knowledge of cloud architecture, API design, and Azure Cloud is a plus. Experience with Power BI reporting is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, user‑friendly manner. This position will remain open until filled.
