Our commitment to providing exceptional care, despite any challenges, goes beyond just a job; it’s a calling that drives us forward every day.**Job Overview**The Maintenance Technician II performs a lead role while performing a variety of general maintenance responsibilities, including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, work, painting, and drywall repair. The Technician drives a company van to various sites to perform maintenance tasks and is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of building structures as appropriate. The Technician provides direction, establishes priorities, assigns tasks, coordinates work projects, and monitors the efforts of other employees as necessary. Furthermore, the Technician assists as needed in completing projects and implementing improvements within properties.**Minimum Requirements*** High School diploma or equivalent preferred.* Minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training in the use of appropriate maintenance equipment required.* Experience in handling hazardous materials/situations and following standard safety practices.* A valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required. Must be eligible to safely operate company vehicles, with no major moving violations within the past (3) years and no more than one (1) point on current DMV record.* Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.**Compensation**$25.25 - $31.56 hourly**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
