Corporate Services On Demand Talent About This Role RGP is a strategic Global HR leader with a passion for driving M&A integrations, organizational change management, and global HR projects? We’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee HR strategy across multiple regions, ensuring seamless change and adoption across the organization. What You Will Work On Lead global HR projects, including M&A workforce integrations, organizational design, and talent strategy Design and execute change management strategies to drive smooth transitions and stakeholder adoption worldwide Partner with executive leadership across geographies to align people strategy with business objectives Coach leaders globally on change management, engagement, and communication best practices Track global HR metrics and project outcomes to inform decision-making What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) 10+ years of global HR leadership experience, with proven success in M&A integrations and large-scale change initiatives Strong project management, consulting, and executive communication skills across diverse regions What You Can Expect Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
