Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support for Catholic religious services and pastoral activities. Attend required coordination and planning meetings in support of chapel operations. Develop and distribute a monthly Catholic Community calendar, including holy days and special events. Prepare weekly Catholic bulletins and announcements in accordance with established timelines. Prepare liturgical books, Eucharistic elements, and sacred vessels prior to Mass services in accordance with SOPs. Maintain Catholic Community registration records and submit monthly updates. Coordinate Catholic Community events, including preparation of facility reservation forms and publicity materials. Prepare and maintain sacramental records in the AMS portal for priest certification. Record attendance at Catholic Community events and submit required reports. Provide documentation and data to support AMS quarterly priest reports. Education and/or Experience Required: Experience providing administrative or program support within a Catholic parish, religious, or community setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work professionally within a military or government religious support environment. U.S. citizenship and ability to successfully complete background checks and installation access requirements. Preferred: Experience supporting Catholic liturgical or pastoral activities. Familiarity with Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) policies and procedures. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
